Volume Control Damper (VCD)

A precision volume control damper designed for accurate airflow regulation throughout air handling and ductwork systems. Low-profile aluminium aerofoil blades deliver excellent aerodynamic performance — quiet operation with minimal pressure drop — while an edge seal along every blade provides reliable air-seal performance as standard.

The interlocking opposed-blade design operates through a smooth nylon geared drive, giving positive, progressive control across the full range. Supplied with a square extended drive spindle as standard, ready for electric or pneumatic actuation, with an optional hand locking quadrant available for manual balancing.

Robustly built and manufactured and assembled in the UK, it’s a dependable choice for AHU and ductwork volume control.
