What information we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order or submit an enquiry through our website, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, and where relevant your company name, delivery address and billing address. We also collect the technical details you provide about the products you need, such as part numbers, specifications and duty requirements.
Payment information. We do not collect or store card details ourselves. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card information is handled entirely by them. You can read their privacy policy at https://stripe.com/gb/privacy.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we collect technical information including your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and how you move around the site. This comes from cookies and similar technologies. See our [Cookie Policy] for detail.
We do not collect special category data such as health, ethnicity or religious belief, and we ask that you do not send it to us.

Who we share it with
We share personal information with organisations that provide services to us, only so far as they need it to do that work:
- Stripe, to process payments
- Krystal Hosting, who host this website
- Google, for website analytics and advertising measurement
- Couriers and delivery partners, who receive your name, address and contact number
- Suppliers and manufacturers, where an item is shipped directly to you, in which case they receive your delivery details
We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, or in connection with the sale or transfer of the business.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and Google Ads to measure whether our advertising is working. These set cookies on your device.
If you have clicked one of our adverts, a Google click identifier may be recorded alongside your enquiry so that we can tell which advertising leads to genuine business. This is used for measurement only.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How long we keep it
- Order records: six years after the end of the relevant financial year, as required for tax purposes
- Enquiries that do not become orders: [24] months, after which they are deleted
- Website analytics: as set by Google’s retention settings, currently [14] months
Keeping your information safe
The site runs over an encrypted connection, card data never reaches our servers, access to our systems is restricted and password protected, and our software is kept updated. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Have inaccurate information corrected
- Ask us to delete information where we no longer have a reason to keep it
- Object to or restrict how we use your information
- Receive your information in a portable format
- Withdraw consent, where we rely on it

Children
Our products are sold to businesses and trade customers. The site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
